Jobs in the batch queue that are not running can be reordered. To reorder jobs in the
batch queue, there must be three or more jobs queued up. Click on a job that has idle status.
The row of that job will become highlighted.
Click the ``Increase job priority'' button to move the job further up in the queue. The farthest
up in the queue a job can be moved is to the next job to be run.
To move a job further back in the queue, click on a job that has idle status. Again, the row
of that job will become highlighted. Next click the ``Decrease job priority'' button to move
the job towards the back of the queue.
